How much space do you need for the photo booth?

We require a 10x10 foot area for our 360 Booth and 8x8 foot area for our Instant Print and Digital Photo Booth. Tighter spaces can usually be accommodated.

How much does a photo booth cost in Malaysia?

Our 360° Spin Video Booth starts at RM1,300/hr, Instant Print Booth from RM1,000/hr, and Digital Booth from RM800/hr. TikTok followers enjoy discounted rates and free add-ons.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Remaining balance due 7 days before event. Cancellations more than 30 days prior are not billed for the balance.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for wedding and holiday seasons. Last-minute inquiries are welcome if the date is open.

Do you travel outside Johor Bahru?

Yes, travel within Johor Bahru is free. For events further away, including Kuala Lumpur, we charge a standard mileage fee. Contact us for a quote.

How soon will we receive the photos and videos?

Digital files are shared within 24 to 72 hours after the event, depending on the package and event size.
